Offenses Charged:

1. Noah Smith, 20, Lock Haven, was charged with DUI, Possession of a Small amount of Marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia. On 12/31/22 at approximately 12:41am, Smith was stopped in Mary’s Alley after turning his headlights out and continuing to drive on the alley. As a result of the traffic stop, Smith was found to be under the influence of a controlled substance and in possession of a small amount of marijuana. A later search warrant of the vehicle also discovered drug paraphernalia in the vehicle.
2. Andre Robinson, 38, Lock Haven, was cited with Criminal Mischief for removing a notice from a neighbor’s front door.
3. Matthew Keckler, 44, Renovo, was charged with violation of a PFA. On 1/17/23, Keckler posted pictures and commented on a social media page of protected parties of the PFA.
4. Stephanie Barrett, 42, Lock Haven, was charged with violation of a PFA. On 1/17/23, Barrett went to the residence of the plaintiff when she is prohibited from being at the residence.
