The Lock Haven City Police Department is seeking the public's help in identifying the driver of a red 4-door sedan that may have witnessed a vehicle accident involving a gold-colored van on July 19, 2026, around 1:00 AM, near the Lucky 7 Travel Plaza on East Walnut Street.
