On December 11, 2025, at approximately 8:48 PM, Lock Haven City Police officers responded to the 600 block of East Bald Eagle Street for the report of a woman causing a disturbance in the common area of an apartment building. It was reported that the woman was yelling loudly and was completely unclothed. After an investigation and questioning, Kiana Ashley Smith admitted to being the female that officers were looking for. Smith was charged with Indecent Exposure (M2) and Disorderly Conduct (S).
