On November 16, 2025, at approximately 8:20 PM, Lock Haven City Police were dispatched to the 300 block of East Main Street, where they were met with the caller who stated they suspected an individual of having inappropriate contact with a minor. Through the course of investigation, it was found that Rodney Gressley exchanged messages with an individual he believed to be a 15-year-old female. Gressley was charged with Corruption of Minors (M1).  All persons are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
