SOUTH RENOVO – Sebastian Lee Bloom, 41, of Pennsylvania Ave., South Renovo, PA. was arrested by the Pennsylvania State Police Computer Crimes Section for SEXUAL ABUSE OF CHILDREN-DISSEMINATION OF PHOTOGRAPHS, VIDEOTAPES, COMPUTER DEPICTIONS AND FILMS – seven (7) counts, all are Felony 2; SEXUAL ABUSE OF CHILDREN –CHILD SEXUAL ABUSE MATERIAL – seven (7)  counts, all are Felony 2; CRIMINAL USE OF A COMMUNICATION FACILITY – seven (7) counts, all are Felony 3.

The Northeast Computer Crime Unit received Cybertipline Reports from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children by Yahoo and Google. This investigation culminated with the interview and arrest of BLOOM.  

BLOOM is scheduled for his First Appearance on February 23^rd at the Clinton County Courthouse.      

Bail was denied, so BLOOM is currently being housed in the Clinton County Correctional Facility.
