LOCK HAVEN - Ashley D. Snook, of Cedar Lane, Mill Hall, entered guilty pleas to several offenses on Tuesday morning before Clinton County Court of Common Pleas Judge Michael F. Salisbury.  Snook, 37, pled guilty to one count of Terroristic Threats -Causing Serious Public Inconvenience, a felony of the 3rd degree;  one count of Recklessly Endangering Another Person, a misdemeanor of the second degree; and Disorderly Conduct, a misdemeanor of the third degree.  Judge Salisbury scheduled sentencing for October 14, 2025, at which time the Court will consider victim impact statements from the adult male victim and any statements that may be offered by Keystone Central School District.

The charges arise from an incident on Wednesday, May 28th of this year at 11:07 AM, when Snook was involved in what was described as a "domestic dispute" at her residence, which borders Central Mountain Middle School and Mill Hall Elementary School property.  During the dispute, Snook discharged a 9mm pistol outside of the residence, shooting a vehicle parked nearby.  As a result, both schools were placed into "lockdown" procedures in response to a report of the shooting.  State Police arrived on scene approximately 5 minutes after the incident occurred and took Snook into custody and recovered the firearm without further incident.  Pursuant to Keystone Central School District procedures, parents of students were immediately notified of the lockdown which caused significant and understandable public alarm, according to DA Dave Strouse.
