Lock Haven, PA- Vesta Marie Jones, 41, of State Route 44, Williamsport, PA., was arrested in the Lock Haven area on May1, 2026 by the Clinton County Drug Task Force for selling methamphetamine to an undercover informant.

She was charge with 2 counts of CRIMINAL USE OF A COMUNICATION FACILITY (using a cell phone or other electronic device to set up the deal) both are Felony 3 and (2) counts of DELIVERY OF A CONTROL SUBSTANCE, both are ungraded Felonies, (2) counts of POSSESION OF A CONTROL SUBSTANCE, these are both ungraded Misdemeanors.

Jones was taken before District Magisterial Judge Heidi Wright, who placed Jones on $50,000 monetary bail. Jones is currently being lodged in the Clinton County Correctional Facility awaiting her Preliminary Hearing that is scheduled for Monday, May 11, at the Clinton County Courthouse
