BALD EAGLE TOWNSHIP - Following several weeks of surveillance and investigative leads, on Tuesday, July 7th, 2026, the Pennsylvania State Police, Troop F Vice-Narcotics Unit, made arrests relating to Relaxa Spa in Mill Hall, Bald Eagle Township, Clinton County, operating as a business for sexual acts.  Troopers conducted interviews which culminated in the arrest of a female allegedly working in the establishment, identified Jinwei WANG, DOB 06/13/77, with a last known address in Flushing, NY.  WANG was taken into custody and charged with felony promoting prostitution and attempted prostitution and lodged at the Clinton County Correctional Facility.  

Wang has had bail set at $50,000 monetary and is also being held on an immigration detainer issued by ICE.  The investigation will continue into the business and employee(s).  State Police have announced that multiple males will be arrested in the upcoming weeks for soliciting sexual acts from a female within the business.
