LOCK HAVEN - Neil W. Taylor, 72, with a last known address in Bellefonte, Centre County, entered guilty pleas on Tuesday to several crimes committed against an elderly family member. Clinton County Court Common Pleas President Judge Craig P. Miller accepted Taylor's guilty pleas to 1 Count of Identity Theft (F2); 1 Count of Theft by Unlawful Taking (F3); 1 Count of Financial Exploitation of Older Adult or Care Dependent Person (F3) for repeatedly accessing the elderly victim's financial accounts and depriving the victim of more than $50,000.00 throughout 2022 and 2023.
The case was investigated and charged by Woodward Township Police Chief Steven Falotico. Sentencing is scheduled for October.
