Sheriff Stover and District Attorney Strouse are proud to announce their 5th Clinton County Night Out. Clinton County Night 2026 will be held at the Clinton County Piper Building and surrounding complex located at 2 Piper Way Lock Haven, PA, on Aug. 15th, 2026 from 5pm-7pm.
Clinton County Night Out is a community team building event featuring all levels of law enforcement, fire and rescue, emergency medical personnel, and first responders. Every law enforcement officer or first responder here in Clinton County is invited to participate.
This event is offered entirely free to local families and is especially designed to engage children and build the relationships between our community and our police and first responders.
Sheriff Stover and DA Strouse would also like to invite community civic organizations, service clubs, church groups, local non-profits and children’s organizations to participate in the event. We are looking for groups who are willing to plan and operate children’s activities during the event including games, facepainting, and other activities.
Once again this year, we are hoping to offer activities, food, and refreshments free of charge to the public. In order to do so, we need your help.
We are currently seeking sponsors and volunteers for this year’s event. If you are interested, please contact us at the email addresses below:
Your support would be greatly appreciated. You may contact:

Sincerely,
Kerry Stover Dave Strouse
