The Department of Public Works will be closing High Street between Chestnut Street and Market Street starting Sunday, September 16th at 10 PM and hopefully reopening it by 6 AM on Monday morning.  Emergency repair to a sanitary sewer pipe in the middle of the intersection of High and Gay Streets is needed.  Gay Street will also be closed between Walnut and Church Streets.
