Given the current pending forecast, indicating that our region will receive significant snow fall, the Mayor's Office has declared that a SNOW EMERGENCY will go into effect on Saturday, January 24, 2026, beginning at 5PM.  The identified SNOW EMERGENCY ROUTES for the Borough of Parkesburg are identified as the following:

- WEST FIRST AVENUE (STATE ROUTE 372)

- WEST MAIN STREET

- CHAPEL AVENUE

- GREEN STREET

- STRASBURG AVENUE

All vehicles must be removed from the identified SNOW EMERGENCY ROUTES by 5PM on Saturday, January 24, 2026.  Any vehicles NOT removed will be issued a parking ticket and subsequently towed.  Please pre-plan and make arrangements to move your vehicles from the identified roadways.  We thank you for your cooperation and for your understanding.
