The women and men of the PARKESBURG POLICE DEPARTMENT would like to congratulate former PARKESBURG BOROUGH POLICE Chief Brian C. Sheller, who was recently appointed as the Warden of the Chester County Prison.

Warden Sheller previously served as Deputy Warden at the prison before officially being appointed to Warden.  To date, Warden Sheller has a combined total of over 36 years of law enforcement experience serving the residents of Chester County.
