Based upon the current weather forecast, and to allow our residents to plan accordingly, the Mayor's Office has declared a SNOW EMERGENCY effective on Sunday, February 22, 2026, beginning at noon (12PM).  We ask all residents to be mindful to the fact that should snow fall be heavier than expected earlier, please make arrangements to move your vehicles off of the snow emergency routes earlier than 12PM.  The enforced snow emergency routes are as follows:

- FIRST AVENUE (STATE ROUTE 372)

- MAIN STREET

- STRASBURG AVENUE

- CHAPEL AVENUE

- GREEN STREET

Unfortunately, any vehicles left on the identified snow emergency routes will be issued a parking ticket and towed.  We thank you in advance for your understanding and cooperation.

ADDITIONAL REMINDER:  When shoveling your sidewalks or properties it is violation to place snow back out into the roadway.
