Due to the forecasted moderate to heavy snowfall predicted for the region, Mayor Hagan has declared a SNOW EMERGENCY, effective later this afternoon, Sunday, January 31, 2021, @ 4PM, until Tuesday, February 2, 2021 @ 0600. Police will be delivering public address announcements beginning at 1PM on these posted streets. Residents are directed to remove their vehicles from posted routes to other public parking locations.

West First Avenue (between SR 10 and S. Limestone Road)

West Main Street (between SR 10 and N. Limestone Road) 

Strasburg Avenue (between Main Street and N. Limestone Road)

West Bridge Street (its entire length)

Police have been authorized to ticket and tow (remove) any vehicle(s) which remain parked on these posted Snow Emergency routes. Towing fees are the vehicle owner's responsibility/expense and Null's Towing (610-593-5586) has been authorized to tow upon the police request. This Snow Emergency will be modified should conditions improve.
