On October 5, 2023, the Oxford Police began an investigation into reported child sexual abuse where the victim was less than 13 years of age. As a result of this investigation, Kyle Nessa, 34, of Oxford has been charged with several sexual related offenses. Nessa was taken into custody at the Oxford Police station and transported by Constables to Chester County Prison. A preliminary hearing will be scheduled for the Oxford District Court.
