On April 20, 2022 at 9:36 pm the OPD observed a vehicle traveling on North Third Street without its headlights on.  A traffic stop was attempted in which the vehicle fled the Officer at a high rate of speed.  The vehicle committed multiple traffic violation while attempting to evade the Officer.  The operator of the vehicle, Odin Martinez Rodriguez, 22, of Oxford, eventually led Officers to his residence where he was detained after attempting to hide inside.  Martinez Rodriguez was arrested after failing Field Sobriety Tests and was transported by Constables to Chester County Prison.
