On March 1, 2024 at 8:15 am, the Oxford Police were dispatched to the 200 Blk Valley Ave for a domestic disturbance.  Upon arrival, contact was made with the victim who states that Andrew Johnson, 40, of Oxford, had verbally threatened him.  The victim also has a current protection from abuse order against Johnson that prohibits him from having any contact with the victim.  Johnson was located a few blocks away where he was placed into custody and transported to the Oxford Police for processing.  Johnson was transported by Constables to Chester County Prison where he was arraigned and held on a $3500 / 10% bail.  A preliminary hearing has been scheduled for March 12, 2024 at the Oxford District Court.
