On July 07, 2026 the Oxford Police Department was dispatched to the Oxford Village Apartments for a report of a disturbance.  Contact was made with several victims who stated that Christine Berardocco, 31, of Oxford had produced a knife while threatening to harm them.  On July 10, 2026 Berardocco was taken into custody at her residence and transported to the Oxford Police Department for processing before being transported by Constables to Chester County Prison. Berardocco was arraigned and held on a $10,000 cash bail.   On July 28, 2026 the bail was reduced to $10,000 unsecured and Berardocco was released.  A preliminary hearing is scheduled for August 04, 2026 at the Oxford District Court.
