On 04/20/2026 at approximately 1224 hours North Coventry Township Police Department responded to the area of eastbound RT 422 and S. Keim St on the report of a single vehicle crash with entrapment.  Through investigation, Officers determined that Unit 1 crossed both lanes of travel striking the center median.  Unit 1 then left the roadway traveling up the shoulder embankment, striking a tree and coming to rest on its side.  The operator and sole occupant was extricated by Norco Fire Company and the vehicle was removed from the scene by Hawks Towing.  This case is still under investigation.
