On September 15, 2026, officers with the North Coventry Township Police Department responded to the CubeSmart Storage located at Coventry Mall, 351 W. Schuylkill Road, for a report of a burglary that had recently been discovered.

The victims reported that they had not been to their storage unit recently and, upon arriving, discovered that the unit had been broken into and several items had been removed.

Through the course of the investigation, officers determined that this burglary was related to several previous burglaries discovered at the CubeSmart Storage in June. Defendants Felix Cuevas and Brenda Borysowski, who had previously been identified in connection with those burglaries, have been linked to this incident as well. Additional charges of Burglary, Receiving Stolen Property, and Theft by Unlawful Taking will be added to the existing case.
