Officer Paula Borra was sworn in by the Honorable John Bailey and Mayor Erica Deuso at the February Borough Council meeting. Officer Borra, a Chester County resident, graduated from the Montgomery County Police Academy this past December. She received her undergraduate degree in Criminal Justice from Pennsylvania State University. Officer Borra has a diverse work history that includes, more recently, marketing and sales in the medical equipment field, as well as time as a corrections officer after graduating from college. 

Officer Borra is the fourth and final of four officers who were hired in 2025 to fill vacancies from officer retirements.
