Downingtown PD is attempting to locate the owner of the above pictured, lost dog. The dog was found in the area of Whiteland Avenue and Mark Lane in Downingtown Borough. Anyone with information pertaining to the dog’s owner is asked to contact DPD at 610-383-7000.
