On April 21st, 2026, the Cambria County Drug Task Force was involved in a narcotics investigation at 167 Farfield Avenue, Johnstown, PA 15906. Investigators had been conducting an investigation into Barry Dill II for distributing narcotics from this address. Investigators had (3) felony warrants for controlled purchases on Dill. On this date, officers arrived in an attempt to arrest Dill on his multiple warrants.
Dill was located at the residence and subsequently taken into custody on his arrest warrants. During the on-scene investigation, officers were able to obtain probable cause for a search warrant on the residence.
The Cambria County District Attorney’s Office approved the search warrant, which was subsequently sworn out before MDJ Subich. As a result of the search warrant being executed, investigators seized 29 grams of cocaine ($2,900), 6.9 ounces of marijuana ($3,900), and $926 in US Currency. A significant amount of the cocaine was individually packaged for sale. There was also multiple digital scales and other items of drug paraphernalia seized.
As a result of the search warrant, Dill is charged with (2) counts of PWID, (2) counts of possession of a controlled substance, and (1) count of possession of drug paraphernalia. Dill was transported to the booking center at the Cambria County Jail and is awaiting arraignment.
