Warrington Township Police Officers Earn FBI-LEEDA Trilogy Award
Sergeant Kevin Stebner and Corporal Brian Kelly recently completed their studies with the FBI – Law Enforcement Executive Development Association (FBI-LEEDA). Both members earned the prestigious FBI-LEEDA Trilogy Award, a comprehensive Leadership Development Series, after successfully completing all three phases of training: the Supervisor Leadership Institute (SLI), Command Leadership Institute (CLI), and Executive Leadership Institute (ELI).

By fostering strong leadership at every level of the organization, the Department continues to build a culture of professionalism, accountability, and excellence.
Sergeant Stebner and Corporal Kelly join fellow Trilogy Award recipients Chief Daniel J. Friel and Lieutenant Gottenberg. Additionally, three other Sergeants within the Department have begun the FBI-LEEDA Leadership Development Series and have successfully completed one or more segments of the program.
