On July 12, 2026, at approximately 10:37 p.m., a Warrington Police officer conducting a patrol at the Sunoco observed a suspicious vehicle. An investigation identified the operator as 43-year-old Martin Mattox of Abington, who was wanted on an active Montgomery County Domestic Relations warrant. 

Officers arrested Mattox after he exited the store, where he had been playing a video gaming machine. He was transported to the Warrington Police Department and later turned over to the Montgomery County Sheriff's Department.

Criminal charges, and any discussion thereof, are merely allegations and all defendants are presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
