Warminster Township Police Dept -Arrests and Notable Incidents Blotter: September 2025
WT-25-10268 - Officers were dispatched to Walmart for a female juvenile who was passed out and unresponsive with a bottle of wine near her. An ambulance was dispatched due to her level of intoxication. The 15-year-old female became combative as she was placed on the stretcher and placed in the ambulance. The female's mother was notified and followed the ambulance to Doylestown Hospital. The 15-year-old female was cited for Public Drunkenness.
WT-25-10491 - Officers were dispatched to Madison Avenue for a report of a stabbing. When the Officers arrived, they saw a group of males attempting to subdue a male. Officers handcuffed the male, and another officer had taken a knife from the male. The man had come to the fence to advise that the music was too loud. The family had never seen the male in the neighborhood, and they did not know him. The family invited him in to eat, and after spending time with the family, the 43-year-old male stabbed another male. The male was transported to headquarters to be processed. The male was arraigned before Judge Petrucci and transported to Bucks County Prison. Bail was set at 10% of $200,000. The male was charged with Aggravated Assault, Possession of an Instrument of Crime, Simple Assault, Recklessly Endangering Another Person, and Disorderly Conduct.
WT-25-10583 & WT-25-10584-Officers were dispatched to Kohl's for a Retail Theft in progress. Officers waited outside for the 2 juvenile females to exit the store, past all points of sale. When the Officers located the females fitting the description, they were searched, and a number of stolen items were found. The females were cuffed and transported to Headquarters to be processed. Each 15-year-old and 16-year-old female was processed and charged with Retail Theft and Receiving Stolen Property. They were transported back to Christ's Home and released to their Guardians.
WT-25-10627 - Officers were dispatched to Kohl's for a report of a Retail Theft. Loss Prevention gave a description of the male and female and the vehicle they were operating. The Vehicle was stopped in Warrington as the male and female had stopped at Rally House. The male and female were transported back to Warminster Headquarters and processed. The vehicle was impounded as it contained numerous bags of clothing. The 64-year-old male was arraigned before Judge Hughes, and bail was set at $50,000 unsecured. The 37-year-old female was arraigned, and bail was set at $25,000 unsecured. Both were charged with Retail Theft and Receiving Stolen Property.
WT-25-09021 - Officers responded to Walmart for a report of Retail Theft not in progress. A male had passed all points of sale by making a payment on basketball cards. A photo of the male was broadcast on Crime Watch, and the 42-year-old male was identified by another Police Department. Contact was made with the male, and he will be cited by mail for Retail Theft.
WT-25-10538 - Officers were dispatched to Kohl's for a report of a Retail Theft not in progress. The male had entered the store and taken a blender, and walked past all points of sale without making a payment. The man put the blender in the back seat of the vehicle and drove away. An Officer with the Bensalem Police Department stopped the vehicle in the parking lot of the Kohl's Department store. The Bensalem Officer was unable to get the man to surrender the blender and return to the Warminster Police Department. A warrant was issued for the 37-year-old male. The male turned himself in and was arraigned by Judge O'Neill and released on unsecured bail.
WT-25-11108 - While on routine patrol, an Officer observed a vehicle run a red light at York and Street Roads. The Officer activated the emergency lights, and the vehicle pulled over in the Burger King parking lot on Street Road. The 57-year-old female refused the Field Sobriety test and also refused a blood draw. The female was taken back to headquarters to be processed and was released to a friend. The female will be charged with Driving Under the Influence of Drugs or Alcohol.
WT-25-11209- Officers were dispatched to Christ's Home for Children for a report of an assault. When the Officers arrived, the fight had been broken up by staff members. The girls were separated and returned to their rooms. Two 14-year-old females and a 17-year-old female will be cited for Disorderly Conduct and Harassment.
WT-25-07398 - On routine patrol, an Officer noticed a vehicle with a Pennsylvania License plate and New Jersey stickers on the windshield. Upon stopping the vehicle, the Officer could smell marijuana emanating from inside the vehicle. The driver stated the vehicle wasn't hers. The driver consented to the search of the vehicle, and a small bag of suspected marijuana and drug paraphernalia was found. The drugs were submitted to the Lab for testing. The 24-year-old female will be charged with Possession of a small amount of Marijuana and Drug Paraphernalia pending lab results
WT-25-00795 - It was determined that a head-on collision that happened at Bristol and Hatboro Roads was, in fact, in the jurisdiction of the Warminster Township Police Department. The Northampton Police Department transferred all the information and evidence to the Warminster Police Department Officers. After a thorough investigation, it was discovered that a 35-year-old male fell asleep at the wheel and caused the accident. The male will be charged with Aggravated Assault by Motor Vehicle, Recklessly Endangering Another Person, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Possession of a small Amount of Marijuana, and numerous Summary Motor Vehicle violations.
