Warminster Township Police Dept -Arrests and Notable Incidents Blotter: January 2026
WT-26-00098 - While on routine patrol, an Officer noticed a suspicious running vehicle behind 339 County Line Road. As the Officer approached the vehicle, the Officer noticed a male slumped over the wheel. The Officer knocked on the window and could not wake the individual. The Officer opened the door and finally woke the male. The man was confused and didn't know where he was or how he got there. The Officer noticed beer cans in the vehicle and determined that the male was under the influence of alcohol. The Officer conducted a field Sobriety test, which the 32-year-old male failed. The male consented to a blood draw and was taken back to headquarters to be processed. Pending the Blood alcohol results, the male will be charged with Driving Under the Influence of Drugs or Alcohol.
WT-26-00271 - Officers were dispatched to Burger King for an intoxicated male who was in a booth, disturbing other patrons. When Officers arrived and spoke to the male, he was unable to respond to questions coherently and slurred his speech. The male was handcuffed and taken back to headquarters to wait for a ride. The 54-year-old male was given a courtesy ride home. The male will be cited for Public Drunkenness via the mail.
WT-26-00281 - While on routine patrol, an Officer saw a blue Ford truck make a left from Park Avenue onto Street Road and fail to signal. This intersection is posted for no turn left. The Officer activated his emergency lights and siren, but the vehicle continued to drive slowly on Street Road. The male had difficulty locating items the Officer requested and answering questions. The male refused to take Field Sobriety tests, a Portable Breathalyzer, and a Blood draw. The 56-year-old male was taken into custody for suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol or a controlled substance. The male was placed under arrest and transported back to headquarters for processing. The male will be charged with Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol or Controlled Substance, Careless Driving, and numerous other charges.
WT-26-00345 - Officers were dispatched to Jacksonville and Street Roads for a two-vehicle accident. When the officers arrived, one of the drivers advised that the other driver tried to leave, and he followed him until he turned into the Sunoco. He suspected that the other driver was intoxicated. The other driver had glassy eyes, slurred speech, and difficulty keeping his balance. The male agreed to Field Sobriety tests, which he failed. The 22-year-old male agreed to a Portable Breathalyzer, which came back as 0.201%. The Officer formed the opinion that the male was incapable of safe driving and placed him under arrest. The male consented to a blood draw. Pending the Blood Alcohol results, the male will be charged with Driving Under the Influence of Drugs or Alcohol.
WT-26-00519 -Officers were dispatched to a female lying on the lawn of a home on Ivyland Road. The female is known to the officers, and when questioned, the 61-year-old female was unable to answer questions. Officers requested Central Bucks Ambulance respond to transport the female to Doylestown Hospital. The female will be cited for Public Drunkenness.
WT-26-00407 - Officers were dispatched to Meadowood Condominiums for a male and female outside of a car in the parking lot, and the female was yelling "fire". Warrington Officers also responded and determined that it was a verbal argument between the two. The female was slurring her speech and having difficulty standing. The male called the 51-year-old female an Uber to transport the 51-year-old female home. The female will be cited for Public Drunkenness via the mail.
WT-26-00749 - Officers responded to Walmart for a report of a Retail Theft. The male had taken some football cards and left the empty box in the aisle. Loss Prevention had video surveillance of the incident, and the male had left the scene. The Loss Prevention Officer followed the male and attempted to stop him. The license plate number and description of the vehicle were obtained. The officer responded to the 40-year-old male's home, and he gave the stolen items to the Officer and asked that they not press charges. The male was cited for Retail Theft via the mail.
WT-26-00866 - Officers were dispatched to Kohl's for a report of a Retail Theft in progress. The female had left the store, passing all points of sale with items she had taken and not paid for. The Loss Prevention Officer obtained a description of the vehicle and plate number and advised that it was headed for Center Point Shopping Center. Officers stopped the vehicle in front of Ashley Furniture. Officers observed a grey Kohl's bag on the back seat of the vehicle. The 71-year-old female was handcuffed and transported back to headquarters for fingerprinting. The total of the items taken was $376.42. The female was arraigned before Judge Gambardella, and bail was set at $10,000 unsecured.
WT-26-01051 - Officers responded to Bucks Learning Academy for a report of two students fighting. The 16-year-old female had put another student in a headlock, and the altercation was unprovoked. The 16-year-old female's Probation Officer suggested she be transported to Bucks County Youth Center for the recent violations of her probation. The female will be charged with Simple Assault and Disorderly Conduct. There were no injuries to the other students.
