Warminster Township Police Dept -Arrests and Notable Incidents Blotter: December 2025
WT-25-14020 - Officers were dispatched to Olive Street for a report of a neighborhood dispute. The 60-year-old male was triggered by the female neighbor flipping him the finger because of a parking problem. The male drove to the school bus stop and yelled at the female neighbor. The male will be cited for Harassment and Disorderly Conduct.
WT-25-14056 - On routine patrol, an Officer noticed a vehicle that was having difficulty maintaining the lane of travel. The Officer activated his emergency light and pulled the vehicle over. The male was slurring his words and smelled of alcohol. When asked to exit the vehicle, the male had an unsteady gait and was struggling to stand up. The Officer asked the male if he would perform field sobriety tests and a portable breathalyzer test. The male failed the field sobriety tests and portable breathalyzer, which read .198. The 41-year-old male consented to a blood draw and was taken back to Headquarters to be processed. Pending the Blood results, the male will be charged with Driving Under the Influence of Drugs or Alcohol and Driving on Roadways Laned for Traffic.
WT-25-13533 - Officers were dispatched to Third Avenue for a report of Criminal Mischief to a residential home. The resident had video footage of her neighbor throwing dog waste bags all over her yard. One of the bags was on her roof. The 59-year-old male will be cited for Scattering Rubbish and Disorderly Conduct.
WT-25-14279 - Officers were dispatched to Henry Avenue for a report of a one-car accident with the vehicle on its side. The vehicle had struck a parked car. When the officers arrived, the driver was being helped out of the vehicle by people from the neighborhood. Emergency Medical Services responded and evaluated the driver. After being evaluated by EMS, the 24-year-old female agreed to perform Field Sobriety Tests. The female failed the Field Sobriety Tests and refused to take a Portable Breathalyzer and a blood draw. The female will be charged with Driving Under the Influence of Drugs or Alcohol, Careless Driving, and Driving on Roadways laned for Traffic.
WT-25-14246 - Officers were dispatched to Aspen Grove Apartments for a report of a domestic in progress. When Officers arrived, they found 2 injured females. One of the females had a human bite injury, and the other female had a cut on her finger. The 31-year-old male was arraigned before Judge Falcone, and bail was set at $20,000 unsecured. The male was charged with Simple Assault and Harassment.
WT-25-14104 - Officers responded to Walmart for a female who was not allowed in the store. She was approached by Loss Prevention and asked to leave the store, and the female threw a can of Coke at the Loss Prevention Officer. The Loss Prevention Officer was not injured. The 37-year-old female will be charged with Harassment and Trespassing.
WT-25-14434 - On routine patrol, an Officer stopped a vehicle in Warminster Community Park in violation of Local Ordinance Section 16-104. A 21-year-old male and a 42-year-old female were cited for Trespassing.
Wt-25-14432 - On routine patrol, an Officer stopped a vehicle in Warminster Community Park in violation of Local Ordinance Section 16-104. A 17-year-old male and a 15-year-old male were cited for trespassing.
WT-25-14428 - On routine patrol, an Officer located a vehicle in Warminster Community Park in violation of Local Ordinance Section 16-104. The vehicle was occupied by three males. A 19-year-old male, a 20-year-old male and a 21-year-old male were all cited for Trespassing.
WT-25-14427 - On routine patrol, an Officer located a vehicle in Warminster Community Park in violation of Local Ordinance 16-104. The vehicle was occupied by an 18-year-old male. The male was cited for Trespassing.
WT-25-14426 - On routine patrol, an Officer located a vehicle in Warminster Community Park in violation of Local Ordinance 16-104. The vehicle was occupied by two males. A 21-year-old male and a 32-year-old male were both cited for Trespassing.
WT-25-14539 - Officers were dispatched to Costco for a report of a juvenile who was assaulted by a Costco employee while he was in the store. The male juvenile said he was being followed and needed help. The juvenile male entered the tire store area through the bay doors. The 46-year-old male Costco employee suspected that the Juvenile was stealing things. He approached the juvenile and pulled on his backpack to take him to the ground. A fight ensued, and Officers were called. The 46-year-old male was cited for Harassment and Disorderly Conduct.
WT-25-14548 - Officers were dispatched to Kohl's Department store for a report of a Retail Theft in progress. The male stole two Roomba vacuums valued at $220.48. The Kohl's Loss Prevention Officer obtained a license plate number and description of the male. He then left the store and headed north on York Road; the vehicle was stopped by the Warwick Police Department. A Warminster Officer arrived on scene and took the 48-year-old male into custody. The male was taken to headquarters and processed. He was arraigned before Judge Gallagher, and bail was set at $30,000 unsecured.
WT-25-14603 -Officers were dispatched to Bellemede Drive for a report of a possible domestic disturbance. When Officers arrived, a female stated that her husband had dragged her to the basement and used duct tape to bind her to a pole. Tape was placed over her mouth and head. Her injuries were photographed, and tape was collected as evidence. The 34-year-old male was taken into custody, processed, and arraigned before Judge Douple. Bail was set at 10% of $150,000. The male was transported to Bucks County Prison.
WT-25-14681 - Officers were dispatched to Holiday Inn Express for a report of an elderly autistic man being assaulted by his caretaker. When Officers arrived, they were met by three witnesses, who had stated they saw the Caretaker run off inside the hotel. A description was given, and a photo of the Caretaker was shown to the officers. An ambulance was called to evaluate injuries to the elderly man; he was transported to Abington Hospital. The 30-year-old male caretaker was found and taken into custody. He was transported to headquarters to be processed. He was later arraigned before Judge Gaier, and bail was set at 10% of $100,000. The male was transported to Bucks County Prison. He was charged with Abuse of Care Dependent Person, Simple Assault, and numerous other charges.
WT-25-13627 - Officers were dispatched to Luther Street in Warminster Heights for a report of a male causing a disturbance. The 19-year-old male who was causing the disturbance is known to Officers and has been banned from Warminster Heights. He will be cited for Criminal Trespass and Disorderly Conduct.
WT-25-14682 -The Loss Prevention Officer at Walmart called Police Dispatch for a female who was trespassing on Walmart property. The 37-year-old female had been cited previously for Trespassing. Officers asked her to leave the property and advised her not to return. The female will be cited for Defiant Trespass and Disorderly Conduct via the mail.
WT-25-14805 -Officers were dispatched to Beech Street for a report of a hit-and-run accident. An unattended vehicle was struck, and the driver fled the scene. The caller advised that the driver had been screeching his tires and driving at a high rate of speed before the accident. The driver came back to the area, and the caller pointed out the vehicle to the Officers. The driver of the vehicle stopped and fled the vehicle on foot. After a search of the area, the driver was located and taken into custody. The male consented to a blood draw. Pending the blood results, the 36-year-old will be charged with Driving Under the Influence of Drugs or Alcohol, Accidents Involving Damage to Unattended Vehicle or Property, Fleeing or Attempting to Elude Police, and numerous other charges.
WT-25-14902 - While on routine patrol, an Officer witnessed a minor traffic accident, and one of the drivers was determined to be incapable of safely operating a vehicle. The driver of one of the vehicles put the vehicle in reverse at the traffic light at York and Street Roads and backed into another vehicle. The driver was stopped, and he relocated the vehicle to the Sunoco for Field Sobriety Tests. The 45-year-old male failed the Field Sobriety test and was taken into custody and transported to headquarters to be processed. The male agreed to a blood draw. Pending the blood alcohol results, the male will be charged with Driving Under the Influence of Drugs or Alcohol.
WT-25-14971-Officers were dispatched to Wendy's for a report of an employee's ex-boyfriend throwing a slushie at her and running off. Video was obtained of the incident, and the Wendy's employee was not injured. The 15-year-old male was cited for Disorderly Conduct and Harassment.
WT-25-14973 - On routine patrol, an Officer observed a vehicle doing careless doughnut maneuvers at County Line and Centennial Roads. The officer activated emergency lights and sirens and stopped the vehicle. The Officer could smell alcohol emanating from the driver. The Officer then conducted Field Sobriety tests, which the driver failed. The 20-year-old male was handcuffed and taken to headquarters. The male agreed to a Portable Breathalyzer and blew a .021, which is over the legal limit. The male consented to a blood draw. Pending Lab results, the male will be charged with Driving Under the Influence of Drugs or Alcohol, Careless Driving, and Forged or Counterfeit Documents and Plates.
