On December 20, 2019 the Warminster Township Police Department filed charges against REBECCA ANN WALSH (38 yoa of 1200 block of Irma Road Warminster) and SHANE TWYMAN (39 yoa of the 4700 block of Marple Street Philadelphia) in connection with a marijuana growing operation that was uncovered at Walsh's residence. On September 18, 2019, the Warminster Police received information that Walsh and Twyman were growing marijuana in the garage attached to Walsh's residence located in the 1200 block of Irma Road. Based on that information a search warrant was served on the property and Officers discovered a sophisticated growing operation which consisted of several marijuana plants in various stages of growth using large grow tents, lights and chemicals. Investigation found that the growing equipment was supplied by Twyman. Both Walsh and Twyman were charged with Manufacture, Possession and Possession with Intent to Deliver Controlled Substances, Conspiracy and Criminal Use of Communication Facilities, all felonies. They were arraigned and released on $10,000.00 unsecured bail. A preliminary hearing with be scheduled for later in the month.
