ARREST/Case #WT-23-10431
WTPD responded to the area of West County Line Road in Warminster Township on 8-20-23 at approximately 0100 hours for the report of a one vehicle traffic accident in which the driver fled on foot. While checking the area for the subject, WTPD received additional calls in that immediate area including a theft of bicycle on Acorn Drive, an attempted burglary on Kingsley Drive, and a burglary-in-progress on another residence on Acorn Drive, in which the subject was reported to be fighting with one of the residents. The subject was located inside the Acorn Drive residence by WTPD. Upon further investigation, the subject (identified as Mohamed Boukhrissi of Philadelphia, PA) was arrested and charged with the following:

Mr. Boukhrissi was arraigned by Judge Finello and bail was set at $200,000/10%. Mr. Boukhrissi was unable to post the requisite bail and was transported to Bucks County Prison.
