WT-22-12981 Simple Assault and Related Offenses
Upon completing an investigation Police charged a 37 year old Male from Warminster with Simple Assault, Strangulation and Harassment after investigating an altercation that took place previously in the speedway section of Warminster.
WT-22-13962 Driving Under the Influence Arrest
While called to investigate a check the wellbeing of a person in the speedway section of the township Officers observed a vehicle traveling down the street with a flat tire. Upon further investigation the vehicle also appeared to have fresh body damage. Officers made contact with the driver a 22 year old female from Warminster. Officers discovered the operator appeared to have hit several objects in the local area and appeared to be intoxicated. The driver was arrested for Driving Under the Influence and related offenses.
WT-22-13441 Defiant Trespass
Police took a report from a local apartment complex of a subject who had been previously told he was not to be on the property. Police charged the 20 year old male from Perkasie with defiant trespass.
WT-22-13869 Disorderly Conduct and Harassment
Police responded to a fight in progress in the area of Newtown Road and Tall Oaks Drive. After completing an investigation an 18 year old male from Warminster, a 17 year old male from Warminster, a 16 year old male from Warminster, and a 15 Year old male from Warminster were all cited for their involvement.
WT-22-13787 Disorderly Conduct
While on patrol in the area of the 100 block of E. Street Road, a Warminster Police Officer noticed a male urinating in public near a busy roadway and an open large retail store. The 59 year old male from Holland Pa was cited for the offense.
WT-22-13905 Simple Assault and Related Offenses
Police responded to the Warminster Heights Section of the township for an assault that had reportedly occurred. After investigating a 50 Year old male from Warminster was charged with simple assault and related offenses.
WT-22-13977 Warrant Arrest and Defiant Trespass
Police responded to an incident at a local apartment complex, while on scene Police made contact with a subject and found he had an active arrest warrant out of Bucks County. The male was also on the no trespass list for the complex. The 21 year old male from Warminster was taken into custody for the active warrant and also cited for the defiant trespass. Male was later released to the Bucks County Sheriff’s.
WT-22-13990 Public Drunkenness
Police responded over to the speedway section of the township for the report of an intoxicated subject. As an officer was responding he made contact with the person who appeared to be staggering in the roadway. After speaking and observing the female the officer believed her to be heavily intoxicated. The female was transported to a family members house and released to them. The 22 year old female from Warminster was cited for the Public Drunkenness.
Notice: During the period of November 14th and November 26th, multiple catalytic converter thefts were reported in different sections of the township. Police are investigating these and other converter theft that have occurred recently. Catalytic converter thefts have spiked dramatically all over the country more recently. This crime is one that can be done very quickly usually in just as little as 3 to 5 minutes. The Catalytic converters are then sold for scrap, mainly for the rare metals that are inside them.

****As many residents are aware a drug collection box is located at the Police Department (401 Gibson Ave, Warminster PA) for the convenience of township residents. This drop box allows residents to safely and securely dispose of old prescription and over the counter medications. The box is located in our 24 hour Police Lobby. Residence should read the warning label on the front of the drop box to ensure they are only leaving approved items. These items are collected and then properly disposed of by Police.
