WT-22-14628 Retail Theft Arrest
After completing an investigation police charged a 29 year old female and 55 year old female, both from Philadelphia with Retail Theft. The theft occurred at the Walmart Store.
WT-22-12130 Simple Assault and Related Offenses
Police completed an investigation into a fight that alleged to have occurred between two subjects at a business located on Park Ave. After completing the investigation a 40 year old male from Norristown was charged with Simple Assault and related offenses.
WT-23-01911 Possession of Firearm without a valid Permit/License
On 2/15/2023 at approximately 12:50PM an officer conducted a vehicle stop for vehicle code violations in the area of Street Road and Jacksonville Road. After speaking with the occupants and conducting further investigation one of the occupants a 19 year old male from Philadelphia was found to be in possession of a firearm without a conceal firearms permit \ license. The 19 year old male was later arraigned on the charge of possession of a firearm without a license.
WT-23-01981 Public Drunkenness
On February 20th at approximately 3:27PM Police responded to the area of the Burger King for a known unwanted subject. Upon arrival the male was no longer on scene and was found laying in the grass in the area of the 500 block of Olive Street. Upon making contact with the subject, the male was found to be intoxicated. The 35 year old male from Hatboro was cited for Public Drunkenness and released to another party.
WT-23-02015 Public Drunkenness & Consumption of Alcohol by Underage Person
On February 18th at approximately 2:00 am Police responded to the area of Ryan Ave and Valentine Road in Ivyland Pa. for reports of a suspicious subject in the area. Upon making contact with the subject, the male was found to be intoxicated. The 17 year old juvenile male from North Wales Pa. was cited for Public Drunkenness and Underage Drinking and then was released to a parent who had responded to the scene.
WT-23-02086 Public Drunkenness
On February 17th at approximately 11:23 am Police responded to the area of York Road and Street Road at the Rite Aid Pharmacy for an unwanted subject. Upon making contact with the subject, the male was found to be intoxicated. The 35 year old male from Hatboro was cited for Public Drunkenness and later released to another party.
WT-22-10499 Retail Theft Arrest
After completing an investigation police charged a 51 year old male from Ivyland Pa. with Retail Theft. The theft occurred at a retail smoke shop on W. Countyline Road.
WT-23-02117 Disorderly Conduct
On February 21st at approximately 11:58AM Police responded to the area of the 600 block of Louis drive for a disturbance. After investigation a 15 year old juvenile male from Trevose was cited with Disorderly Conduct for his actions.
WT-23-02011 Public Drunkenness
On February 18th at approximately 03:11 am Police responded to the area of the 100 block of Fairway Drive for a male subject who was banging on doors. Upon making contact with the subject the male was found to be intoxicated. The 18 year old male from Warminster was transported to his residence and released to a family member. The male was cited for Public Drunkenness and Underage Drinking.
WT-23-02216 Simple Assault and Related Offenses
On February 23rd Police responded to a disturbance call. After investigating the incident two juvenile teenage females from Warminster were charged with simple assault and related offenses.
WT-23-00099 Driving Under the Influence
Police responded to a traffic accident at the intersection of Street Road and Jacksonville Road. The accident involved one vehicle into a traffic light post. While investigating the crash the operator of the vehicle, a 39 year old male from Warminster was found to be intoxicated. The driver has been charged with Driving Under the Influence and related offenses.
WT-23-02335 Possession of Drugs and Paraphernalia
On February 26th at approximately 11:20pm an officer on patrol observed a suspicious running occupied vehicle in a local apartment/condo complex. Upon making contact with the occupants of the vehicle the officer observed signs of drug activity. After investigating the incident an 18 year old male occupant of the vehicle from Warrington Pa. was arrested for possession of a small amount and drug paraphernalia.
WT-23-02107 Catalytic Converter Theft
On 2/21/2023 Warminster Police took the report of a catalytic converter theft from a 2019 Nissan Truck that was parked in the 300 block of E. Street Road.
WT-23-02106 Theft from Trailer
On 2/21/2023 Police responded to the 400 block of Delmont Ave for the report of power tools and other items taken from a parked enclosed trailer that was parked in the residence driveway. Police are investigating the incident.
WT-23-02110 Theft Investigation
Police received a report from a homeowner in the 1300 block of Mallard Circle that sometime during the overnight hours of February 21st unknown actor(s) entered their shed and removed items. At least some of the items were found in a neighbor’s yard. Police are investigating this and other suspicious occurrences and thefts that occurred in that general area on this date.
WT-23-02104 & WT-23-02105 Theft from Vehicle and Exterior Structure
On 2/21/2023 Police responded to the 1300 block of Mallard Circle for the report of items taken from a parked vehicle and exterior structure on the block. The vehicle was reportedly left unlocked and parked during the overnight hours. A pool vacuum and other items were reportedly taken from the exterior structure of one of the residences. Police are investigating this incident and similar incidents in the area on this date.
WT-23-02111 Catalytic Converter Theft
On February 21st Warminster Police took the report of a catalytic converter theft from a 2018 Isuzu truck that was parked in the rear of the Walmart. The theft reportedly occurred between 4:30am and 5:00am that morning.
WT-23-02267 Catalytic Converter Theft
On 2/24/2023 Warminster Police took the report of a catalytic converter theft from a 2003 Acura that was parked in a parking lot in the area of the 600 block of Newtown Road. The Converter was reportedly stolen sometime between the dates of 2/15/2023 and 2/22/2023.
WT-23-02115 Catalytic Converter Theft
On 2/21/2023 Warminster Police took the report of a catalytic converter theft from a work van that was parked in the Chic Fil-A parking lot. The theft reportedly occurred sometime between Thursday February 16th and February 21st.
