WT-21-13369 Drug Possession Arrest
After a Traffic Stop was conducted by an officer in the area of 400 block E. Street Road, the driver a 30 YOA Male from Philadelphia was arrested for Possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and also cited for the vehicle code violations relating to the initial stop.
WT-22-02575 Hit and Run Accident Driver Charged
After concluding their investigation officers charged a 24 YOA Female from Philadelphia the driver of a striking vehicle that left the scene of an accident. Police responded to the intersection of County Line Road and Centennial Road for a report of vehicle crash. Through investigation it was determined the driver of the striking vehicle attempted to leave the scene of the accident but was later located by police. the operator was charged with accidents involving property damage and or injury, failing to render aid to the other vehicle’s driver, also it is believed the striking vehicle may not have had valid insurance or registration at the time of the crash. The operator was cited for related vehicle code violations as well.
WT-22-03737 Possession of a Controlled Substance, Drug Paraphernalia and Retail Theft Arrest
On 4/7/2022 just after midnight Police responded to the CVS store located on York Road at County Line Rd for a check the well-being of a male who had been walking around the store for possibly over two hours, talking to himself and also possibly attempting to conceal/steal multiple items. The male was found to be in possession of multiple store items on his person as well as a white powdery substance believed to be Cocaine. After completing the initial investigation Police took the 32 YOA Male from Philadelphia into custody. The male was taken to the police station for processing and was arraigned in front of a Bucks County District Justice, the Judge set bail at $20,000.00 unsecured.
WT-22-03764 Possession of Controlled Substance and Drug Paraphernalia
On 4/7/2022 at approximately 9:15PM, Officers responded to the Warminster Train Station for a report of an unconscious person. Upon arrival witnesses directed officers to the male who was now conscious and sitting in a train car. Upon speaking to the male, officers observed blue wax packets in plain view usually associated with Heroin along with syringes. A search incident to arrest lead officers to find a white powder substance suspected to be cocaine, a small green vile of prescription pills and a large amount of syringes on the 32 YOA from Warminster PA.
WT-22-03643 Public Drunk Arrest
Police cited a 44 Year Old Male from Warrington Pa for Public Drunkenness after Police found him in the area of County Line Road and Meeting House Road.
WT-22-03613 Theft Investigation (PA Emission Stickers)
Police are investigating the report of a possible theft of approximately 58 PA Emissions stickers from a local garage located on the 400 block of W. Street Road. At this time the missing stickers were entered in to NCIC as missing/stolen.
