Warminster Township Police Dept -Arrests and Notable Incidents Blotter: January 2025
WT-25-00034 - Officers were dispatched to Walmart for a report to check the well-being. Staff at Walmart reported that a male was dancing in the store and acting erratically. When Officers spoke to the 32-year-old male they determined he was under the influence of some type of narcotic. Central Bucks Ambulance responded, and the male was restrained and taken to Abington Hospital for further evaluation. The Male will be cited for Public Drunkenness via the mail.
WT-25-00066 - While on routine patrol an Officer noticed 2 men walking on Jacksonville Road in the area of Potter Street, one of the males was holding the other up as they walked. The Officer observed one of the men fall. The Officer stopped to see if the man was injured. The Officer transported the 47-year-old male home, and he will be cited for Public Drunkenness via the mail.
WT-25-00197 - Officers responded to Horseshoe Lane to serve a Mental Health Warrant. The 20-year-old female was combative and needed to be sedated before she could be transported for evaluation. Numerous Officers were injured, and the female will be charged with Aggravated Assault on an Officer and numerous other charges
WT-25-00968 - Officers responded to Warminster Community Park for an Ordinance violation. A 17-year-old male was cited for being in the park after dark.
WT-25-00274 - Officers responded to Warminster Community Park for an Ordinance violation. An 18-year-old male was cited for being in the park after dark.
WT-25-00275 - Officers responded to Warminster Community Park for an Ordinance violation. An 18-year-old male was cited for being in the park after dark.
WT-25-00276 - Officers responded to Warminster Community Park for an Ordinance violation. An 18-year-old male was cited for being in the park after dark.
WT-25-00279 - Officers responded to Warminster Community Park for an Ordinance violation. Three vehicles were parked on the runway. All three 21-year-old male drivers were cited for being in the park after dark.
WT-25-00280 - Officers responded to Warminster Community Park for an Ordinance violation. A 19-year-old male was cited for being in the park after dark.
WT-25-00097 - Officers were dispatched to High Road School for a report of an assault. A 16-year-old male made threats to a female student. The female's mother advised that there have been other incidents involving this male before and she wanted to press charges. The male will be charged with Harassment.
WT-25-00447 - Officers were dispatched to Windsor Road for a report of a domestic disturbance in progress. An 18-year-old male had broken a window in an attempt to gain entry to the house. Upon entering the house, the male proceeded to physically assault family members. The male was charged with Simple Assault, Loitering and Prowling, Disorderly Conduct, and Public Intoxication. He was arraigned, bail was set at 10% of $75,000, and transported to Bucks County Prison.
WT-25-00384 - Officers were dispatched to York Road for a report of a man lying on the ground. When Officers located and spoke to the man it was determined that he was under the influence of alcohol. The 46-year-old male was cited for Public Drunkenness and transported home.
WT-25-00641 - Officers were dispatched to Warminster Community Park for a report of an Ordinance Violation. An 18-year-old male was cited for being in the park after dark.
WT-25-00647 - Officers were dispatched to Warminster Community Park for a report of an Ordinance Violation. Four vehicles were found in the park. Three 18-year-old males and a 19-year-old male were cited for being in the park after dark.
WT-25-00646 - Officers were dispatched to Warminster Community Park for a report of an Ordinance Violation. An 18-year-old male was cited for being in the park after dark.
WT-25-00302 - A female came into Headquarters to advise that a Protection from Abuse that she filed has been violated by the 49-year-old male Defendant. The male had posted photos and referenced threats to the female on social media. The male was arraigned, and bail was set at 10% of $500,000.00, the male was placed in custody and transported to Bucks County Prison.
WT-25-01054 - Police responded to Mueller Road for a report of a domestic in progress. When Police arrived, they found a 25-year-old male lying in the front yard. The female on scene advised that her brother is suffering from addiction and in a struggle, she accidentally dialed 911. The family is trying to get the male into rehab. The male was cited for Public Drunkenness.
WT-25-00796 - Police were dispatched to Warminster Heights for a male and female who were going door to door soliciting for an energy company. They didn't have a Solicitor Permit issued by the Township and soliciting is not allowed in Warminster Heights. The 19-year-old male and the 18-year-old female were both cited for violating Warminster Township's Soliciting Ordinance.
WT-25-00728 - Officers were dispatched to Wawa on Street Road, for a report of a Retail Theft. Employees recognized the female as she entered the store the previous night and stole items. An Officer responded to the 33-year-old female's residence and confirmed she had stolen items from Wawa. The female will be cited for Retail theft.
