WHEREAS, a winter storm will hit the Philadelphia area that includes Bucks County and Warminster Township on SATURDAY DECEMBER 13, 2025; and this STORM EVENT has caused or threatens to cause injury, damage and/or suffering to the persons and property of Warminster Township; and
WHEREAS, the storm has or threatens to endanger the health, safety and welfare of a substantial number of persons residing in Warminster Township, and threatens to create problems that may exceed Warminster Township’s standard operations;
WHEREAS, emergency management measures are required to reduce the severity of this disaster to protect the health, safety and welfare of affected residents of Warminster Township;
NOW, THEREFORE, pursuant to the provisions of Section 7501 of the Pennsylvania Emergency Management Services Code, (35 PA C.S., Section 7501), as amended, the existence of a disaster emergency is DECLARED, in and for Warminster Township.
FURTHER, the Warminster Township Emergency Management Director or his representative is directed to coordinate the activities of the emergency response, to take all appropriate action needed to alleviate the effects of this disaster, to aid in the restoration of essential public services, and to take any other emergency response action deemed necessary to respond to this declared emergency as authorized by the Warminster Township emergency operations plan.
This declaration shall remain in effect from 6:00 PM Saturday December 13, 2025 until 12:00 noon Sunday December 14, 2025

- Warminster Township will be enforcing Ordinances’ 625 & 702.
- Remove all vehicles parked on public roadways during the emergency.
- Please clear around fire hydrants in front of your dwelling to help emergency services.
- Monitor weather news for most current forecast information.
- Salting and Snow plowing operations will be ongoing throughout the day, and as long as needed.
