On March 21, 2023, at approximately 11:30 pm Warminster Police responded to 300 block of Beech street, for a report of shots fired toward a residence. Upon arrival victim  reported the suspect was leaving harassing voicemails over the past several hours. At approximately 11:30 pm the victim heard a gunshot fired outside of their residence. Another witness also reported hearing a gunshot and immediately looked from their window and observed the suspect drive by in a vehicle. Officers subsequently recovered a 9mm fired cartridge casing in the roadway in front of the victims house. In the early morning of March 22, 2023 members of Warminster Police CID met with the suspect and recovered a 9mm handgun from his vehicle, which the suspect was not lawfully eligible to possess. The gun recover was load with same casing found at the Beech Street scene. The suspect was arrested and arraigned before a local dist. justice. Suspect was remained to BCP on 10% of $100,000.00.
