On September 21, 2025, at 2145 hours, a traffic stop was initiated by the Tinicum Township Police on Easton Road for a motor vehicle violation. Following an investigation, the driver, Kevin Pinter, was arrested for driving under the influence and related offenses. He was subsequently processed and released pending a court appearance.
