On June 7, 2024, The Richland Township Police Department arrested Joshua Karabell, 18, of Richland Township, for Statutory Sexual Assault of a 13 year old girl.  He is also charged with Unlawful Contact with a Minor, and 2 counts of Corruption of Minors.  The investigation into Karabell found that he would provide alcohol and drugs to young girls and then have sex with them.  The Investigation is ongoing, as it is believed there may be more victims who have yet to report contact with Karabell.  Anyone who feels they may be a victim of Karabell are urged to contact your local police.  Please contact Detective Sergeant Matthew Lawhead at Richland Township Police if you have any information.  215-536-9500.

Karabell was arraigned in front of the Honorable Judge Douple and remanded to Bucks County Prison on $500,000 Bail.
