Welcome to the Plumstead Township Fire and Rescue Department, Firefighter Harley Turner!

Today, we had the honor of welcoming Firefighter Harley Turner to the Plumstead Township Fire and Rescue Department during his swearing-in ceremony, administered by the Honorable Judge Jeffery G. Trauger.

Harley brings with him an impressive background of military service, public service, leadership, and more than a decade of volunteer firefighting experience.

Harley is a United States Marine Corps veteran and has been serving his community in the fire service since joining the Plumsteadville Volunteer Fire Company in 2013. Throughout his career, he has held numerous leadership positions, including Lieutenant, Captain, Battalion Chief, and Trustee, helping lead emergency operations, firefighter development, and community outreach efforts.

Harley previously served with Warwick Township Public Works, responding to emergencies, maintaining critical infrastructure, and serving the community every day. He continues to volunteer with Warwick and Hilltown Fire Companies and recently completed his EMT certification.

His leadership, discipline, teamwork, and commitment to serving others have been demonstrated throughout both his military and fire service careers.

We are proud to have Harley join our team and look forward to the experience, leadership, and dedication he will bring to the Plumstead Township Fire and Rescue Department.
