INCIDENT BLOTTER MAY 17- MAY 23,2021
5/17/2021
At 11:10 am, Officers responded to a domestic standby on McNeil Road. Officers remained on scene while personal items were retrieved from the residence.
At 1:28 pm, A Plumstead Township resident contacted police to report a harassment complaint. The resident received multiple attempts of communications by a known unwanted subject. The incident is under investigation.
5/18/2021
At 8:14 am, Officers responded to a residence on Applebutter Road after the resident reported a theft from items located on his property. Complainant stated the items were removed from his property sometime between Sunday and Monday morning. The missing items are a red 30” self-propelled Exmark lawn mower and Echo chainsaw valued at $2100.00. At 1:55 pm, At 10:22 pm, Officers investigated a call for a noise complaint in the Cross Keys shopping Center. Officers were able to make contact with the individual and mediate the complaint.
At 3:00 pm, Officers responded to a domestic standby on McNeil Road. Officers remained on scene while personal items were retrieved from the residence.
5/19/2021
The Central Bucks Motor Carrier Safety Enforcement Team conducted a safety inspection detail in Quakertown Borough between the hours of 7am till 3 pm. The team is made up of officers from this department, New Britain Township, Doylestown Township, and Quakertown Borough. During the detail, multiple citations were issued.
At 8:42 pm, Officers responded to the Colonial Village Motel on North Easton Road for a report of a domestic assault. Claudio J. Hernandez,36, of Doylestown was taken into custody by responding officers. The victim was flown to Temple University Hospital for treatment.
5/20/2021
At 6:49 pm, Officers investigated a call for an unwanted subject on Captain Molly Circle. The resident stated an unwanted subject was attempting to make contact with her at her residence. The unwanted subject’s identity was confirmed, and he was advised to cease contact with resident.
5/21/2021
At 8:45 pm, Officers investigated a hit&run traffic accident in the parking lot of a business on Point Pleasant Pike. Upon arrival a minor dent and scrape were observed on the vehicle that was hit. Identity of driver who left the scene is under investigation.
5/22/2021
At 7:23 pm, Officers investigated a check-the-wellbeing of an adult female on Rinker Circle who was showing signs of danger to herself. The S.T.A.R program was explained and offered, and consent was signed to participate in the program. Referral was sent to outpatient treatment center for evaluation.
5/23/2021
At 6:50 am, Officers investigated a traffic accident on North Easton Road for a vehicle that hit a utility pole. Officers arrived on scene to find the driver had left the vehicle. A witness gave a description of the driver and Officers were able to identify the male walking away from the vehicle along the roadside. Officers gathered all information from the driver and the incident is under investigation.
At 11:30 am, Plumstead Township Officer Jeffrey Moffett who is part of the Bucks County Homicide by Vehicle Task Force responded to York road and Lemon Road to assist Warminster Township Police Department with a two-vehicle crash investigation.
