4/3/23

• At 3:50 pm, A Plumstead Township resident reported a fraudulent transaction that previously occurred on her bank account.  The complainant related that a total of $2800.00 was withdrawn without permission.  The victim was provided a Victim rights packet and is working with the department’s Victim Services Unit.

4/4/23

• At 10:02am, Officers conducted a traffic stop on a black Ford in the area of Easton Road, upon contact with Justin McGlinchey, 38, of Ferndale he was found to have multiple outstanding Warrants. The male was taken into custody for processing and arraigned.
• At 10:42am, officers were dispatched to the area of Swamp Road for an unwanted person. Officers made contact with Jessie Baum, 33, of Doylestown who had an outstanding warrant out of The Bucks County Sheriff’s Office. He was taken into custody and released to the Bucks County Sheriff’s Office.

4/5/23

• At 9:09 am, Officers responded to Wine and Spirit on Easton Road in reference to a retail theft that occurred on 3/22/2023. The suspect concealed items with an estimated value of $131.00 before exiting the store without purchase. The incident is currently under investigation.

4/7/23

• At 11:27am, Officers were dispatched to the area of Cheshire Road for a theft report not in progress. The complainant stated a check was taken from his mailbox and cashed without permission. The incident is under investigation.

4/8/23

• At 3:35pm, Officers conducted a traffic stop in the area of Swamp Road on a Silver Honda Civic. Upon contact with the operator, the officer detected the odor of marijuana. Consent from the operator was given to search his vehicle and drug paraphernalia along with smoked marijuana was confiscated. Citations were issued.
