4/25/23

• At 6:02pm, Officers responded to the area of Point Pleasant Pike for a complaint of criminal mischief. Upon contact with the complainant, they were able to show damage to string lights where the bulb was cut from strands. The complainant also reported a missing extension ladder. Estimated value of damage and property is approximately $340.00. This case is still under investigation, pending the viewing of the surveillance cameras.

4/26/23

• At 4:55pm, Officers responded to Sawmill Road, for a white Hyundai Sonata blocking the turn lane. Upon contact with the operator, the officer detected the strong odor of an alcoholic beverage. The operator was unable to perform a field sobriety test due to be unbalanced when exiting the vehicle. Morgan Johnson,31, Phillipsburg NJ, was placed under arrest for suspicion of driving under the influence. The charges are pending blood evidence results.
• At 11:53 pm, Officers responded to a call in the area of Louise Saint Clair Drive for criminal mischief. Upon entrance into the home Officers observed the floor was covered in broken glass and broken household items.  Adult female stated her adult son caused the damage and was continuing to cause damage in the home as the night went on.   Incident is under investigation.

4/27/23

• At 9:16am, Officers responded to the area of Schlentz Hill Road for an aggressive driver complaint. The complainant, a PECO worker stated that a male driving a White F150 hit her with his truck and became verbally aggressive while she was trying to move the road closure signs. Officers were able to identify the actor and charges have been filed.

4/29/23

• At 10:16pm, Officers responded to Giant Food Store on Swamp Road for a retail theft not in progress. When Officers arrived, they met with the complainant who stated that a white male exited the store without purchasing items in his cart totaling $187.76. After viewing surveillance footage, they were able to identify the male actor and charges have been filed.

After viewing surveillance footage, they were able to identify the male actor and charges have been filed.

4/30/23

• At 7:35pm, Officers observed a vehicle pull into the Bergey’s Auto on Easton Road that remained parked in the rear lot for an extended period of time. Upon contact with the operator a false ID was provided. further investigation verified the operator had multiple outstanding warrants and was placed under arrest. Emily Finger, 32, of Warminster was taken into custody, processed, and transported to Bucks County Correction Facility.
