1/30/23

• At 12:48am, Officers responded to Colonial Village Motel for a report of Property Damage. When officers arrived, they met with the complainant who was able to show damage to the rear door of her room.  Surveillance video was obtained, and the incident is under investigation.

1/31/23

• At 6:54pm, officers returned a phone call for property damage to a vehicle that occurred in the parking lot at the Giant on Easton Rd. The complainant stated that a female driver opened her car door into the side of their vehicle while parked. Officers reviewed the car camera footage provided from the complainant where it shows the female looking at the damage and trying to buff it out. No further leads at this time to identify the actor. • At 2:11pm, Officers investigated a disturbance at a residence on Roseberry Dr. Officers were able to make contact with both parties involved separately and the complainant stated that it was a verbal argument which then turned physical. Walter Diaz-Perez,42, of Doylestown was issued a non-traffic citation for harassment towards the victim.

2/3/23

• At 7:00pm, Officers were dispatched to Giant grocery store on Swamp Road for the report of a retail theft in progress. Oulahan was found in possession of multiple items from the Giant Food Store valued at $950.92. Robert Oulahan, 31, from Philadelphia was arrested for retail theft and transported to Central Bucks Regional Police Department for processing. Upon further investigation it was found Oulahan had multiple warrants out of Bensalem Township. He was transported to Plumstead Township Police Department and held in custody and released to Bensalem Township Police Department upon arrival.
