12/4/2021
At 12:01 pm, Officers investigated a call for an unwanted person at a business on Stump Road. Officers were able to speak with all parties involved and mediate the situation. The unwanted subject left the business, and no further action was needed.
12/6/2021
At 2:01 pm, Officers investigated a check the well-being complaint on Stump Road after a relative requested a wellness check on a seventy-nine-year-old female who was not responding to calls being made. Upon arrival Officers located the adult female who was found to have passed away from natural causes.
12/7/2021
At 8:26 am, Officers investigated a suspicious vehicle on Easton Road bypass that was traveling in and out of lanes of traffic. An adult female occupied the drivers’ seat and was able to respond to questions being asked of her from the responding Officers. The female stated she had a medical condition and was informed by the Officer a medical re-test was submitted for her license to ensure safe driving. Uber was arranged to drive her home.
At 4:33 pm, Officers responded to a business on Sawmill Road for a report of an armed subject in the parking lot. Upon arrival contact was made with one of the parties who advised he was involved in a road rage incident which culminated into a face-to-face confrontation. On Friday December 10th Rodney Charles Millspaugh,53, of Doylestown was placed under arrest for Simple Assault and Recklessly Endangering another person. Millspaugh was processed and arraigned.
12/8/2021
At 2:42 pm, Officers investigated a complaint of property damage on a vehicle that occurred in a business parking lot on Old Easton Road. The adult female entered headquarters to report a dispute between herself and an adult male which resulted in damage to her vehicle. Officers were able to mediate the situation and no further action taken.
12/9/2021
At 1:45 pm, Officers investigated a call for an unwanted person at a business on Swamp Road. Officers were able to speak with all parties involved and mediate the situation. The unwanted subject left the business, and no further action was needed.
At 2:56 pm, Officers investigated an animal complaint on Old Easton Road for a report of ponies in the roadway. Officers remained on scene until the owner of the animals arrived and retrieved the ponies.
12/10/2021
At 12:11 pm, Officers were dispatched to the Colonial Village on Easton Road for an active fire. Officers remained on scene while fire department personnel extinguished the fire from inside the apartment.
At 2:08 pm, A Plumstead Township resident contacted police to report an unemployment fraud. The resident received a letter in regard to compensation that was never requested or received. A report was filed, and the complainant was advised to contact the unemployment office.
At 5:10 pm, Officers were dispatched to Giant on Swamp Road for a retail theft that occurred. A male subject entered the store and began loading items into a backpack. The male subject observed staff and attempted to unload items before he ran out of the store. While exiting the store a second male was waiting where they abandoned a shopping cart with $676.18 worth of products. Surveillance photos were obtained, and the incident is under investigation.
At 7:40 pm, Officers investigated a noise complaint on Valley Park Road. Officers remained on scene for several minutes and were unable to hear any noise. No further action taken.
At 9:52 pm, Officers investigated a dispute between a father and son on Rebecca Fell Drive. The father expressed he was assaulted by his son earlier in the day. The son acknowledges becoming physical towards his father. Officers remained on scene while the son gathered belongings and left the home with his mother. Point Pleasant Ems arrived on scene for evaluation of injuries and a Victim’s Right packet was provided. Charges pending further investigation.
12/11/2021
At 2:08 pm, Officers investigated a verbal dispute between two adult females on Point Pleasant Pike. Officers were able to mediate the situation and no further action was taken.
At 9:02 pm, Officers responded to Giant on Swamp Road for a retail theft that occurred earlier in the day. Officers met with loss prevention and reviewed surveillance video of an adult male and female that stole multiple cans of baby formula valued at $209.88. Incident under investigation.
12/12/2021
At 8:07 am, Officers investigated a call for an overdose on Old Oak Road. Upon arrival the female subject was located on the second floor laying in her bed. Central Bucks EMS transported the adult female to a local hospital. The S.T.A.R program was explained and offered.
