INCIDENT BLOTTER 11/28/2022- 12/4/2022
11/28/22
At 8:47 A.M., a resident of Plumstead Township stopped at the station to file a littering complaint. The complainant stated that the pass several weeks an unknown individual has been throwing trash on the complainant’s driveway in the area of Ferry Rd. The complainant believes that it had to do with some signs that were erected on her property. The signs were removed but the behavior is still occurring.
At 10:54 A.M., Officers responded to the Giant Food Store on Easton Rd for a possible retail theft in progress. When officers arrived, they met up with store employees, who stated that the individual in question was walking around the store with a cart full of baby items. The individual was in the self-checkout line and upon the officer’s arrival the subject abandoned his cart and left the store.
At 2:08 P.M, officers received a fraud complaint call in the area of Country View Drive. The complainant stated someone had used his identity to fraudulently open up a credit card in his name and then charged $4000.00 to the account. Further investigation revealed that the purchases were made in Allentown. Incident under investigation.
At 8:08 P.M., officers were dispatched to Sun Belt Rentals for the report of a vehicle that was parked in the lot after hours. Upon arrival, officers approached a white Ford Van that was running with an individual sleeping in the vehicle. Officers made contact with the driver, who appeared to be under the influence. Carl Manners (70) of Lincoln Park NJ was placed under arrest for the suspicion of driving under the influence after he was unable to satisfactorily perform several field sobriety tests.

At 2:07 P.M., Miguel Perez-Lopez, 37, of Pipersville came to the Plumstead Township Police Department to turn himself in on a felony arrest warrant stemming from a domestic assault that took place on 11/23/22. Perez-Lopez was arraigned by MDJ Gary Gambardella, who set Perez-Lopez’s bail at 10% of $300,000.
11/30/22
At 12:53 P.M., officers received a phone call in regard to a theft that was recently discovered. The complainant, who lives in the area of Scenic View Circle, stated that firewood totaling $100 was taken without being paid for. No further leads at this time to identify the actor.
At 8:11 A.M., a 64-year-old male of Doylestown was issued a non-traffic citation for a retail theft that took place on 11/29/22 at the Giant food store on Swamp Rd. The complainant stated that the individual walked out of the store with the items totaling over $100.
At 3:10 P.M., officers responded to the area of N. Easton Rd for unwanted individuals. When officers arrived, the individuals were no longer on scene. The complainant stated that the individuals have been harassing her all day and she has asked them to leave numerous times. Officers were able to locate the individuals who were advised to cease and desist from harassing the complainant.
12/2/22
At 6:43 P.M., officers responded to the Papa John’s pizza on Easton Rd for the report of a customer being disorderly. When officers arrived, the individual was no longer on scene. Officers met up with the complainant, who stated that a gentleman was upset over his order not being done. The subject was yelling at employees and even attempted to go behind the counter.
12/3/22
At 3:15 P.M., Officers were dispatched to the area of Sawmill Rd for a Domestic in progress. When officers arrived they separated both parties. The argument occurred from an incident that took place a few days ago. Officers were able to mediate the situation with one of the parties agreeing to spend the night elsewhere.
At 7:34 P.M., Kristen Maszczak (32), of Doylestown was arrested for a Domestic assault that took place in the area of McNeil Rd. When officers arrived, they were able to separate both parties involved. The complainant stated that Maszczak physically assaulted her. Maszczak sustained injuries that were consistent with the statement provided by the victim. Kristen Maszczak was taken into custody and subsequently arraigned by District Judge Peranteau. Maszczak’s bail was set at 10% of $20,000. Maszczak was transported to Bucks County Correctional Facility.
