The Plumstead Township Police Department is asking for assistance from the public with identifying the owner of the vehicle pictured in this image. On April 7, 2021 between 8:00pm and 8:55pm, a male adult was observed on video surveillance trespassing on private property in the 6200 block of Kellers Church Road. The video also reveals a middle-aged white male engaging in several lewd acts with himself all while dressed in women’s clothing standing outside of the vehicle and along the sidewalk on Kellers Church Road. The vehicle appears to be 2014 or 2015 Acura TLX sedan with tinted windows and after market tires and rims.
