On 8/25/2022 at 0729 hours Perkasie Borough Police were dispatched to a vehicle crash on East Church Street and Main Street in Sellersville Borough.  Witness statements indicated that a 2013 Mercedes Benz was initially traveling south on Main Street when the operator suffered a medical emergency and sideswiped the CSX bridge on Main Street and West Church Street causing  the Mercedes to swerve, pass a another vehicle which was also traveling southbound before going over the curb on the southeast side of East Church Street, crashing through a chain link fence, falling approximately fifteen feet to a parking area owned by Community Service Foundation (CSF) and coming to rest on the roof of a portable classroom owned by CSF.

The operator of the Mercedes was transported to Grandview Hospital and treated for unknown injuries. Assisting at the scene were Medics from Grandview Hospital, Sellersville Fire Company and Perkasie Fire Company No.1.
