Join the Perkasie Borough Police Department in supporting the School Lunches for Kids Program with Pennridge FISH on Monday June 15th from 4 to 6 p.m.! Police officers will be collecting various non-perishable food items in front of Landis Supermarket which will be placed into our police cars and transferred directly to Pennridge FISH for a donation to support this valuable community program. Many children in our community receive free lunches during the school year but lack this vital service during the Summer. This is your opportunity to help ensure that children continue to receive the meals they need to stay healthy. Desired food items include: peanut butter, jelly, canned tuna, canned chicken, canned chili, canned pasta, mac and cheese, ramen, juice (bottles or boxes), granola bars, applesauce, fruit cups, pudding and Jello cups, fruit snacks, raisins, cereal, mayonnaise, instant oatmeal, and snacks. Pennridge FISH will also be accepting other non-perishable food item donations.
