On March 10, 2025, Perkasie Borough Police officers responded to a report of a disturbance involving a male individual wielding a knife and making threatening statements. As a result of their investigation, Joseph Fechter was charged with multiple offenses, including Terroristic Threats, Possession of an Instrument of Crime, Harassment, and Disorderly Conduct. All persons are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
